Hopefully I only have one more sitting and this awesome octopus that wraps around my shoulder and into my back will be done. It got me thinking though. Are tattoos still considered taboo? Lately it seems that it is way harder to find someone who does not have any ink than it is to find people who do. For me I could not imagine not having them. That said, I work in a somewhat conservative and mostly professional environment so all of mine can be covered by a polo or dress shirt. I am not embarrassed by them at all I would just hate for someone to judge me by what i have on my skin versus my work ethic, talent, and drive. I am getting my work done here at The Hornets Nest Elite Art Studio.
On another note I went and tried my fly casting skills out at my favorite bass spot in Shelbyville last night. I caught the smallest bass I have ever seen! I feel that I am getting more comfortable with my fly rod, but I think that getting a professional lesson before I develop any bad habits would pay huge dividends.
